Privacy policy

This policy explains how GrantMD (“GrantMD”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects information through the grantmd.ai website and when you contact us. Information that a practice enters into the GrantMD application is covered in “The GrantMD application” below.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a demo or write to us, we collect what you provide: your name, work email, practice name, role, the times you suggest, and anything you include in a note or message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our servers record technical details of each visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, the referring page, and the date and time. We use these records to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies. The public website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. The GrantMD application uses strictly necessary cookies to keep signed-in users signed in and secure.
Information we don’t want. Please don’t send us patient information through the website or by email. Our request and contact forms are not designed to receive it.
2. How we use information
- To arrange and hold the demo you requested, set up your free assessment, and follow up with you about GrantMD.
- To answer your questions and requests.
- To operate, secure and improve the website, including detecting and preventing abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
3. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only:
- With service providers who run parts of our business for us under contracts that limit their use of it, including our hosting and email-delivery provider (Amazon Web Services) and our business email provider.
- For legal reasons, when required by law or legal process, or to protect the rights, safety and security of GrantMD, our customers or others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy’s protections.
4. How long we keep information
We keep demo and contact information while we are in touch with you about GrantMD, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless the law requires us to keep it. Server records are retained for a short period and then overwritten automatically.
5. How we protect information
The website runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the information we collect is limited to GrantMD personnel who need it, and our systems are maintained with current security updates. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information appropriately.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on where you live, including California and other states with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals. To make a request, write to info@grantmd.ai; we may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
7. The GrantMD application
The GrantMD application at app.grantmd.ai is available only to practices we have invited, including for a free assessment, and to the people they authorize. Information a practice enters into the application is processed on that practice’s behalf to provide its assessment and, if it proceeds, the services in its agreement with GrantMD. It is not sold or used for any other purpose.
8. Children
The website is intended for healthcare organizations and their staff. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will give additional notice where appropriate.
