Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the grantmd.ai website (the “Site”), operated by GrantMD (“GrantMD”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. The Site and the GrantMD service

The Site describes GrantMD and lets you request a demo. GrantMD offers practices a funding assessment at no charge and without obligation. Any further services, and access to the GrantMD application at app.grantmd.ai beyond the assessment, are provided only under a separate written agreement with GrantMD. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs.

2. Eligibility and accounts

The Site is intended for healthcare organizations and their staff, and you must be at least 18 to use it. Application accounts are issued only to people authorized by a customer organization. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and you must tell us promptly at info@grantmd.ai if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, the application, or any system or data connected to them;
  • probe, scan or test their vulnerability, or interfere with their operation, including through excessive automated requests;
  • copy, scrape, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Site or the application, except as the law expressly allows;
  • submit false information, impersonate anyone, or use the Site for any unlawful purpose;
  • send patient information through the Site’s forms or by email.

4. Information on the Site

The Site’s content is general information about GrantMD. It is not legal, financial, billing, coding or medical advice. Any figures in GrantMD’s materials or application are estimates, not guarantees of funding, revenue or reimbursement, and decisions based on them remain the responsibility of the practice and its advisors.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, the GrantMD name and logos, and all content and software on the Site belong to GrantMD or its licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.

6. Feedback

If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.

7. Third-party services

The Site may link to or rely on services operated by others. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, GrantMD disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and accuracy, and does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, GrantMD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site. GrantMD’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GrantMD harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the Site, our customers or others. Sections 4 through 13 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. General

These terms, together with our privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and GrantMD about the Site. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version takes effect when posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to use the Site after that means you accept the updated terms.
